  • Think of this class as an elevated version of our regular Healthy Bones class. This class is done mostly in sitting and standing, but don't let that fool you, this class is hard work!

 

  • Improving your bone health requires effort and consistent practice, which we do through weight bearing exercises. Weights, challenging balance exercises, standing pilates, postural corrections, and flexibility, are all things we will be focusing on in this class.

 

  • Whether you want to reduce your risk of developing bone disease, are just looking for a challenge, or have already been diagnosed with bone density issues, this class will help you improve, and maintain your bone health.

 

  • All class are led by a Chartered Physiotherapist and are suitable for those with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis.

 

  • Small Group Class
