1:1 Pilates

Our 1:1 Pilates sessions are the perfect way for you and your Physiotherapist to discover the key areas that you need to focus on. These sessions are also beneficial for those who are injured or who are new to Pilates and want to improve their technique before joining a group class.

1:1 Pilates is ideal for athletes or dancers who are looking to gain an advantage on the competition, or simply for those who prefer 1:1 instruction.

1:1 Pilates Bundles

Our 1:1 Pilates are available to book in 3 & 5 sessions saving you money on a block booking of sessions.

Once you have paid for your block please contact reception to get your sessions booked in.
