45min Physio-led Pilates class - the place to start and can be the level to stay at if you have any underlying medical/orthopaedic problems. Spinal pain and other orthopaedic conditions can often be effectively managed through exercising at this level Join us from Week 7 of an 8 Week block from 16/10/23 **Holywood Pilates Reserves the right to cancel & refund clients if class does not reach minimum numbers .
