Service Description
45min Physio-led Pilates class. Appropriate after a Beginners course when the basic principles have been learned and the participant can maintain and control a neutral spinal position in the double table top position. Join us for week 5 of 8 from 06/10/23 **Holywood Pilates Reserves the right to cancel & refund clients if class does not reach minimum numbers .
