Whether you're managing a health condition, building strength, or simply looking to move and feel better, our range of Pilates options offers something for everyone—in-person, online, or 1:1.

Perfect if you're new, returning from time off, or just like a little more flexibility.

Can't make it to the studio? Our Online Pilates Bundles bring our expert-led classes to your home—available to book each month and accessible anytime.

Each bundle includes 4 classes:

  • A mix of newly recorded and archived favourites

  • Choose from Beginner–Improver, Intermediate, Advanced, Standing Pilates, and Barre

  • All classes are available throughout the month

Work out on your time, as often as you like.
