- 30min Physio-led class. Barre is a total body workout conducted mostly in standing focusing on posture, balance, core control, strength and cardio fitness, all choreographed to music.
- No previous experience is required .
- 2 week Studio course from 23rd June.
- The Class will be limited to a max of 6 clients. A minimum of 4 clients is required in order for the class to run.
