This is a brand new class is for those of you who are experiencing menopausal symptoms.  This class has been designed to help you maintain or improve your bone health and muscle strength, to keep your pelvic floor in good working order, to increase your flexibility, and it incorporates breathing exercises to relax the body and calm the mind.  


Recent research suggests that low-to-moderate physical exercise can provide menopausal women with a decreased risk of diabetes, obesity, cancer and heart disease.  Additionally, some studies have shown that symptoms, such as hot flashes, can be reduced with the addition of regular exercise!  Please note that you will need to be able to get on and off the floor independently to participate in this class.
