45min Physio-led Pilates class - the place to start and can be the level to stay at if you have any underlying medical/orthopaedic problems. Spinal pain and other orthopaedic conditions can often be effectively managed through exercising at this level.

The Class will be limited to a max of 10 clients. A minimum of 5 clients is required in order for the class to run.
