- 30 Minute emailed HIIT Class
- This class is ideal for those who want to improve their fitness and is a great way to aid weight loss, at the same time.
- Keeping the impact to joints low and focusing on good form and technique so as to avoid stress/injury to the body.
**Please note this class will not be suitable for anyone with an acute pain problem or who has any significant cardio-respiratory issues.
- 6 week course beginning 12th July 2021
- If you are new to the class we will require you to do a fitness test before classes start, this will be emailed to you.
- Recorded links will be sent out every Friday, You will then have 7 days to complete the class & we would suggest you try to repeat the class 2-3 times a week.
