• 30min Physio-led class. Barre is a total body workout conducted mostly in standing focusing on posture, balance, core control, strength and cardio fitness, all choreographed to music.


  • No previous experience is required and no equipment is needed for the class except for a chair to use as a barre & some space to move around in. 


  • Class links are emailed on a Monday morning and the class remains accessible for 1 week so you can do it when you like and as often as you like!
