  • This class is ideal for those who want to improve their fitness and is a great way to aid weight loss, at the same time.


  • Keeping the impact to joints low and focusing on good form and technique so as to avoid stress/injury to the body.


**Please note this class will not be suitable for anyone with an acute pain problem or who has any significant cardio-respiratory issues.


  • 4 week online class from 01/08/22


  • If you are new to the class we will require you to do a  fitness test before classes start, this will be emailed to you. 


  • Recorded links will be sent out every  Monday , You will then have 7 days to complete the class & we would suggest you try to repeat the class 2-3 times a week.
