• 30min Physio-led class. Specific for those diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteopenia or for those at risk of developing bone disease. It focuses on weight bearing exercise, maintenance of posture, balance and endurance and is done predominantly in sitting and standing.


  • Class links are emailed on a Monday morning and the class remains accessible for 1 week so you can do it when you like and as often as you like!
