Due to the current circumstances we find ourselves in things won't operate as previously - we want to assure you that we have taken every measure to make our Studio & Physiotherapy environment as safe as possible for everyone.

Steps we are taking

Equipment

We encourage you to bring your own mat and head cushion to class.

We have stock available including mats & head cushions in the studio or online via www.holywoodone.com

Arriving For Class

Please do not arrive early for your class - the studio door will be locked until 5mins before class is due to start. Unfortunately we cannot allow waiting in reception or offer you tea or coffee at this time. The studio has been marked out to allow for social distancing so we would ask that you stay in your area as much as possible.

Face Coverings

We will require face coverings to be worn when attending the studio. Once you are in your spot you can remove your face covering if you wish but we do ask for them to be put back on if you are moving around the studio space.

Socks

We will be imposing a no bare feet policy - socks will be required to be worn at all times. Grip socks are available to purhchase from

Excess Items

Please do not bring any excess items into the studio with you - only what you need for your class. Feel free to bring your own water as our water dispenser will be out of action.

Hand Sanitiser

Hand Sanitising stations will be available when entering the studio & around the studio space, we ask that you please sanitise your hand upon entering & leaving the studio.

Class Sizes & Times

Class sizes will be reduced as will class duration - 45mins for Pilates, 30mins for Barre with increased time in between classes to allow for additional cleaning. This may mean that your normal class time changes and also books up quickly.

Online classes via an email link will still be available for those who wish to continue at home.

Physiotherapy

In most circumstances clients will be asked to attend their appointments alone.
You are asked to wear a face covering when attending the clinic and you will be asked to use hand sanitiser immediately upon entering.
Your therapist will be wearing PPE appropriate for situations when social distancing cannot be achieved.
All beds/surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned in between client appointments.
Payments will be requested via Paypal/Bank transfer prior to appointment.
