As a small local company, we are pleased to have our online shop & remain open during these uncertain times and we thank you all very much for your support.
We aim for all orders placed to be dispatched within 1-2 working days but please note you might experience slight delays with the delivery of your order as Royal Mail are extremely busy during this time.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (e.g. packaging). The packaging including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs.
Returns can also be taken back to our store. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items.
If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

All goods must be accompanied with proof of purchase.
