Our Chartered Physiotherapists have a wealth of experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions including back and neck pain, osteoarthritic conditions and sports injuries.

We have made the decision that from 1st April 2021 we will no longer be dealing directly with Private Health Insurers.  This has been a difficult decision, but is exacerbated by the Covid-19 Pandemic.  The situation is that for quite some time now the fees paid to us by Private Medical Insurers have been significantly below our normal rates. Since Insurers do not allow us to charge clients the fee difference and, along with the additional costs of PPE that we are required to have in place in order to operate in a Covid secure manner, the situation has now become unsustainable.  We will, therefore, not be accepting any new private health clients.  Some insurance companies will allow you to claim back your self-paying treatments with proof of payment via receipts, but you would need to check with your insurer prior to your appointment as we cannot guarantee your reimbursement.
We cannot continue to provide a high-quality service via experienced and specialist Physiotherapists as we wish under the current private medical insurer restraints. Going forward, our priority is to continue to provide high-quality physiotherapy care to facilitate our clients' needs as we all learn to negotiate our way through these uncertain times.

Physiotherapy appointments are available. We are operating a "virtual first" approach however if it is determined that a face to face appointment is required we have all the health and safety measures in place to offer this.

From 1/4/2020 our prices for Physiotherapy increased - IA £50, review £45.

Virtual Physiotherapy remains at our previous rate (IA £45, review £40).
